This is the first of a 4-part series on the Nutrition Redefined Pillars. All of the topics I teach and tools I give will be based on these 4 key principles, and I believe these 4 pillars are the foundation for lifelong, lasting health and wellness in every way. In this episode on nutrition, you'll learn the most important aspects of mind-body nutrition, including macronutrient balance, tuning into your hunger and fullness cues, eating rhythm, and eating speed. This is a great introduction to many of the concepts I use in my coaching and that I believe are key to nourishing our bodies and healing our relationship with food.
