Our topic for today is something you've probably experienced before: cravings. Specifically, why your cravings have wisdom. We're going to shift your mindset about cravings and help you see that they are not a problem. They're not a sign anything is wrong with you or that you need to keep eliminating foods until your cravings are gone. We want to normalize cravings and also help you see how your cravings are a sign of your body wisdom, and not something to be afraid of.
