But here's the thing: Your past experiences with food + your body - even the negative ones - taught you a lot. Maybe even more than you realize.
We want to reassure you that you will become a Confident Eater not in spite of your past experiences with food, but BECAUSE of them.
We fight food because we fight our bodies...and when you can relate more positively with your body, you will feel more confident with food.
