Today I'm diving deeper into the idea I hear all the time - that all this stuff about healing your relationship with food is great and important, but FIRST I just need to lose some weight. Then, I'll do the real work. I'm talking more about my beliefs about weight loss, why it's a problem to be so focused on our weight, and what to focus on instead to get the results you really want. Which is so much more about the way you feel than the way you look!
