I talk about what body image is, why it's important, and 4 concepts that are important to developing a healthy body image: embodiment, confidence, sexuality, and media influences. Most women struggle with a distorted perception of their bodies and also a frustrating self-consciousness and a fixation on what they look like to others. I want to help you (in this episode and future ones) to step out of that by healing your body image and coming to love and trust yourself.
